Mark Clark, Owner/CEO

Mr. Clark founded Mark of Excellence Financial Analysis & Consulting in 2019, to fill a need in the community of entrepreneurs and small to medium business owners seeking professional assistance managing the financial health of their enterprises through better understanding of their financial results and the factors that can impact the balance of growth vs. financial security. His goal is to help business leaders minimize risk and maximize wealth.

Mr. Clark retired from Ford Motor Company after more than 27 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Treasury Operations, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Management Training for Project Managers, Treasury application development, and Software Engineering Project Management. In addition to Ford, Mr. Clark previously held finance leadership roles the logistics and technology sectors. He holds an MBA in Finance from Western Michigan University, and a Graduate Certificate in Entrepreneurship from Eastern Michigan University.
Afshin Hosseinijafari, Consulting Specialist

Mr. Hosseinijafari, our consulting specialist, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction in English Translation from Azad University in Qaemshahr, Iran, and a Master of Arts degree in English Translation from Azad University’s Science and Research Branch in Tehran, Iran. He has extensive experience as a teacher and translator of English, and gained further expertise as a curriculum developer and executive manager at an English language institute in Iran.
In addition to his numerous accomplishments, in 2022, Mr. Hosseinijafari completed a MSc. Degree at IULM University (Libera Università di Lingue e Comunicazione IULM) in Milan, Italy.
